A new way to fulfill riders with WiredUP!
In an fast paced and ever-changing industry, WiredUP’s team knows that riders need to be fulfilled quickly, effectively, and accurately. That’s why we’re working on a new feature on our website that will allow you to add items to a cart and submit your required items to us directly. Thus, resulting in an average turnaround time of under 30 minutes, which has been proven through randomized in-house testing already.
This new remarkable feature is powered by a suite of softwares, developed and managed by Goodshuffle. When you submit the items you need to us, these items automatically price out into a quote that can be sent to you. Should an item not be available on the requested date, we can offer you alternatives in real time.
Within the next month, teams will continue to add our massive inventory into the software, and the Rentals webpage will re-populate with all these items. It really will be as simple as adding items to a cart. With this integration, pricing will also automatically adjust to how long you need the gear for!
The best part about all of this is — we were able to keep the pricing on the customer side exactly the same. Pay the same thing you are used to, and it’s more convenient to do so with online payment options such as secure credit card payments, linked bank account payments, and much more, all secured through Plaid.
Additionally, in our continuing efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, the need for paper contracts and receipts is no longer. Though we will still offer this if requested.
While you may see the new cart feature in the bottom right of your screen, this feature is not yet live as of writing this. We are expecting a more-completed launch in late August 2023.
